Terms of Use
Last updated August 2, 2026
These terms apply when you use the MSW website or an app provided by MSW Digital LLC. By using a product, you agree to these terms.
Use of the products
You can use the website and apps for their intended personal or business purpose. You must follow applicable laws and the rules of the platform where you obtained an app. Do not misuse a product, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm another person.
Ownership
MSW Digital LLC owns the website, apps, brand, software, design, and original content, except for third-party materials. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use a product. They do not transfer ownership to you.
You keep ownership of content that you enter into an app. You give us only the limited rights needed to provide a function that you request, such as processing a support message.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions. Apple controls billing, refunds, renewal, and cancellation under its rules. Product prices and available functions can change. A paid function remains subject to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
No professional advice
The apps provide tools and information. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, nutrition, or other professional advice. Activity, health, food, and decision information can be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your judgment and ask a qualified professional when appropriate.
Availability and warranties
Products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, permanent availability, or compatibility with every device or service. We can change, suspend, or stop a product or function.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MSW Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunity. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount that you paid for the affected product during the 12 months before the claim.
Some places do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In those places, the exclusions and limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy, law, and contact
The privacy policy explains how information is handled. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in North Carolina will handle disputes, unless applicable law requires another place.
We can update these terms. Continued use after an update means that the new terms apply. Send questions through the contact form.
