This policy explains how MSW Digital LLC handles information on the MSW website and in its apps. The website and the apps are separate products. A website service is not automatically part of an app.
Google Analytics runs on msw.studio only. It helps us understand website visits, such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and browser type. Google can use cookies or similar identifiers for this service.
Google Analytics is not included in the apps because it is used on this website. Each app has its own data practices, which are described below and in its current App Store privacy label.
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, reply email address, and message that you submit. Formspree processes the form submission so it can reach us. Do not send sensitive personal information through the form.
An app processes information only as needed for its functions, support, purchases, and approved measurement. Apple permission controls apply to protected data such as Health information. You can refuse a permission, but the related function might not work.
Information: Health and fitness data that you allow the app to read, app activity and diagnostics, purchase status, and content that you send through feedback.
Use: Step features run with Apple Health data. Selected settings can use iCloud. Firebase can process app analytics and crash reports. RevenueCat processes purchase status. Glean Feed processes feedback that you choose to send. Optional generated insights can send the data needed for that request to a processing service.

Information: Food weights and the values needed to calculate raw and cooked conversions.
Use: The app uses this data to provide its calculations. See the current App Store privacy label for the exact data disclosure for the version that you use.
Information: Video or audio content, transcripts, notes, and settings that you provide to the app.
Use: Processing can occur on your Mac. If you select an online AI provider, the app sends the content needed for your request directly to that provider. That provider applies its own terms and privacy policy.
Information: Decision entries, app settings, and purchase status.
Use: Decision entries use local app storage and can use iCloud when that function is available and enabled. Supported Apple Intelligence features run on device. RevenueCat processes purchase status.
The App Store privacy label for each app is the current source for the exact disclosure for the installed version. An app update can change its functions or service providers. We update the label and this policy when a material practice changes.
Depending on the product and the function that you use, a service provider can process limited information for analytics, crash reports, cloud sync, purchases, feedback, form delivery, or an AI request. These providers can include Apple, Google Firebase, Google Analytics, RevenueCat, Formspree, Glean Feed, and an AI provider that you select.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Health information for advertising. We require a service provider to process information for its stated function and under its own legal terms.
Information is kept only as long as needed for the product, support, legal, security, and accounting purposes. Local app data stays on your device until you delete it or the app. Data in iCloud is controlled through your Apple account. Other providers can keep data under their own retention rules.
You can ask a privacy question or request deletion of information that MSW controls through the contact form. We can ask for information needed to verify and complete the request.
The website and apps are not directed to children under 13. We can update this policy when products, services, or laws change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
